Baked Parmesan Cottage Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    In greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet, arrange potato slices in thin layer.
    Melt butter.
    Drizzle over potatoes. Evenly arrange onions over top.
    Combine garlic, Parmesan
    and pepper.
    Sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until browned.
