Crunchy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bran flakes, finely crushed
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white, beaten
    6 boneless chicken breast halves (approximately 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix crushed bran flakes, lemon peel and salt.
    Dip chicken in egg white.
    Coat with bran flake mixture. Arrange in 13 x 9-inch pan which has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.
