Quick Chicken Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 soup cans water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer or 6 chicken breasts
    1/4 margarine, melted
Preparation
    Pour rice evenly over bottom of well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix soups, water and salt; pour over rice.
    Coat chicken pieces with melted margarine; arrange in dish.
    Bake covered at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
