Creamed Peas And Tuna Fish On Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (12 fluid oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish, drained
    1 (9 1/2 oz.) can sweet peas (don't drain)
Preparation
    Add in frypan the butter; bring to boil, then add flour.
    Salt and pepper to taste, then add evaporated milk and 1/2 can water; stir until thickened.
    Add sweet peas (undrained); stir, then add tuna fish (drain if in oil or it has a lot of water in it).
    Let simmer for 15 minutes.
    Make toast.
    Makes at least 12 servings.
