Veal Scaloppine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. veal scallops
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    Italian bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. water
    cheese (eg. Mozzarella)
Preparation
    Bread veal.
    Heat oil in a fry pan and add minced garlic clove.
    Brown meat quickly over high heat.
    Add mixture of tomato paste, salt and water.
    Lower heat and add mushrooms.
    Simmer at least 5 minutes.
    Melt cheese on top.
