Homemade Grape Juice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sound ripe grapes
water
1/2 c. sugar (you may substitute some sweeteners for each quart)
Preparation

Remove from stems and wash sound ripe grapes.
Cover them with water and heat slowly to simmer.
Do not boil.
Cook slowly until fruit is very soft.
Do not stir or mash juices out.
Strain juice through a fine strainer.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to each quart of juice.
Pour into sterilized Kerr jars to 1/2-inch of top of jar. Screw on bands and lids, firmly tight.
Ready to drink when cooled.
To process, put jars in large pot on rack in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
Store for later use.
