Crunch Top Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 C sliced rhubarb
    1 C granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    1/2 C water
    1 tsp vanilla
    3/4 C flour
    3/4 C packed brown sugar
    1/2 C quick oats
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/3 C melted butter
Preparation
    Place the rhubarb in a 9 inch square shallow baking dish (or one that holds about 2 qts if a different shape).
