Hidden Valley Club Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. Hidden Valley Light low-fat dressing, divided
2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 oz. lean ham, cubed
4 oz. reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
4 oz. cooked turkey, cubed
Preparation

In a 3-quart salad bowl, carefully layer lettuce, 1/2 cup dressing, bacon, tomatoes, ham, cheese and turkey. Pour remaining dressing over the top.
