Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. fresh tart finely diced apples
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to sugar mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts. Bake 1 1/2 hours in Bundt pan at 325\u00b0.
