Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream or milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
    1 (28 oz.) can Durkee French fried onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour in shallow pan (1-quart casserole).
    Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or vegetables are done.
    Top with remaining cheese and onion.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
