Grilled Baked Cod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. black cod fillets
    1 bunch fresh parsley
    2 fresh lemons, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Prepare coals and cover the grill with foil.
    Grill the cod over hot coals for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Turn and grill an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
    Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
