Fried Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh yellow squash
    2 egg whites
    2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rinse squash and slice into chips, then add salt and pepper. Crack egg and separate yolk from white (use whites only).
    In a large bowl, dip squash chips in egg white, then cover chips with flour.
    Heat oil in skillet on medium to medium-high and cook until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
