Rhubarb Delite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. fresh rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Blend the first 3 ingredients.
    Press into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cook the rhubarb, 1 1/4 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, egg yolks and whipping cream over low heat until thick, stirring regularly.
    Pour on cooled crust.
    Use the 3 egg whites to make meringue.
    Put meringue on hot ingredients; seal edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
