Mom'S Divinity - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
pecan halves

Preparation

Boil sugar, syrup and water until mixture dropped in cold water turns to brittle.
Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites.
Add vanilla.
Drop firmly with spoon and top with half pecans.
