Chili-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 cans cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cornmeal
2 small cans mild chopped green chiles
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Beat eggs, corn, oil, salt, garlic salt and cornmeal together in bowl with hand mixer.
Pour half corn mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.
Layer chiles and cheese over corn mixture. Top with remaining corn mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until casserole tests done.
Yields 4 servings.
