Seven Flavor Precious Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
    2 Tbsp. dark roasted sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 (4 oz.) boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
    8 oz. uncooked linguine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. white rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium carrot, julienned
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 lb. fresh snow peas, trimmed
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch.
    Add chicken and let stand 10 minutes.
    Break linguine in half and cook according to package directions.
