Impossible Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up turkey or chicken (8 oz.)
    1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. coarsely shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 large eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, then mushrooms, onion, cheese and salt in pie plate.
    Put remaining ingredients in blender or food processor; process 15 seconds until smooth (or beat in a bowl 1 minute with electric mixer).
    Pour evenly over turkey and cheese.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Refrigerate any leftover pie.
    Serves 8.
