1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute, stopping to stir once. Bake on greased griddle using 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
Makes 20 (4-inch) pancakes.
