Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick melted oleo
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. Bisquick (I use Jiffy)
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. coconut flavor
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender for 30 seconds at low speed. Pour into ungreased 10-inch pie tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cool, serve with Cool Whip.
    Also good plain.
