Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, soften
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Preparation
    To soften cream cheese, microwave 20 to 30 seconds in small microwave bowl (try Medium heat).
    Add sour cream and taco seasoning.
    Beat until smooth and creamy.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
    Serve with tortilla chips or assorted raw vegetables.
    Makes 3 cups.
