Georgia Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. half and half
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. mashed peaches
Preparation
    Place gelatin in small saucepan.
    Pour 1/2 cup water on top and let soak for 5 minutes.
    Heat over low heat, stirring, until dissolved.
    Stir in remaining water.
    Add condensed milk, half and half, vanilla and peaches to gelatin mixture.
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
