Crustless Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, thawed and well drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Ricotta
    3/4 c. Aunt Jemima original pancake and waffle mix
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 11 x 7-inch dish.
    Combine chicken, broccoli, cheese and onion.
    Mix remaining ingredients in blender.
    Pour over chicken mixture.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
