Jerri'S Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
    1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) mild Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 lb. Owens hot bulk sausage
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and pat dry with paper towels to remove all grease.
    Cut cheeses into small pieces and melt together.
    Add sausage.
    Press into a mold and chill for 45 minutes.
    Remove from the mold and serve.
