Hot And Spicy Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can peas, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add celery, bell pepper and onions.
    Saute until tender.
    Stir in seasonings and crushed Ro-Tel tomatoes. Add mushrooms and drained peas.
    In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer: cooked spaghetti, meat and vegetable mixture and grated cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
