Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except soup and potato chips in a 2-quart ovenware casserole.
Spread undiluted soup over top.
Sprinkle potato chips over soup.
Cover casserole.
Set selector control to \"bake\".
Cook for 20 minutes or until salad is hot throughout and is set.
Total cooking time: 20 minutes.
Recipe yields: 6 to 8 servings.
