Celery Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. white vinegar
1/2 c. salt
cucumbers
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Soak cucumbers in ice water for 2 hours.
Cut in strips and pack in jars.
Heat vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed to boiling.
Pour over cucumbers. Check tops of jars so no seeds will be under lids.
Seal.
