Chicken Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer, boiled and deboned
1 stick margarine
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 or 3 c. chicken broth (depending on size of stuffing mix pkg.)
8 oz. sour cream
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle in 1/4 of the stuffing mix.
Layer chicken and mushrooms.
Combine sour cream, chicken soup and 1 cup of broth; mix well and pour over chicken and mushrooms.
Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over chicken.
Pour on enough of remaining broth to moisten stuffing mix.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
