Mama'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add flour and mix well, forming a roux.
    Add salt, pepper, milk and then cheese. Stir until thick and pour over 1 cup cooked macaroni.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
