Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/2 c. water
4 pork chops
Preparation

Grease a casserole.
Place uncooked rice in bottom of casserole.
Sprinkle onion and green pepper over top.
Place pork chops on top.
In separate bowl, mix soup and water together and pour over top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
