Magic Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
4 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Malt-O-Meal
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Preparation

Combine ingredients and stir until flour is moistened.
Fill greased muffin cups or use paper baking cups 3/4 full.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Makes 12 muffins.
