Paper Bag Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large apples (2 1/2 lb.)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Place sliced, peeled and cored apples in large bowl.
    Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and nutmeg; sprinkle over apples.
    Toss to coat well.
    Place in pie shell.
    Drizzle apple mixture with lemon juice.
    Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup flour in bowl (for topping).
    Cut in butter and sprinkle evenly over apples.
    Slide pie into heavy brown paper bag.
    Fold end and fasten with paper clips or staples.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Split bag open, remove and cool.
    All the mess is in the bag!
