Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 vanilla wafers
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line cupcake pan with paper liners.
Put vanilla wafer in bottom of each one.
Mix all ingredients until very smooth.
Pour batter on wafers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Serve cold with any toppings.
