Three C Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine beaten eggs, oil, and milk in a large bowl.
Sift flour together with sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add egg mixture; mix well.
Stir in carrots, coconut, cherries, raisins and pecans.
Mix well.
Put in a large loaf pan.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
