Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked and shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium can sliced black olives
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    Jack cheese, grated
    1 pkg. enchilada seasoning
    1 can enchilada sauce
    2 to 3 doz. tortillas
    green onion, chopped
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix soup, onion, olives and enchilada seasoning together.
    Fry tortillas in oil until soft.
    Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce. Add meat, soup mixture and cheese in tortillas and roll.
    Top enchiladas with more cheese and sauce and add green onions on top.
