Ziti A La Judy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ziti
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium pepper, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 lb. part-skimmed Ricotta
1/2 lb. part-skimmed Mozzarella, grated
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Have someone else clean and skin legs.
Place in plastic bag in salt water and put in freezer.
Legs won't move in the pan once they've been frozen.
Dip legs in flour, egg mixture and then in flour again (like chicken).
Fry until browned.
