Carrot Potato Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped parsley
4 c. sliced potatoes
3 c. sliced carrots
Preparation

In 2 quart saucepan, melt butter; saute onion. Stir in flour, salt and dill. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Put carrots and potatoes in baking dish. Pour sauce over and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
