Macaroni Salmon Croquette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can flaked salmon
    1 onion
Preparation
    Beat eggs; roll croquette in cracker crumbs, then egg, then cracker crumbs again.
    Cook macaroni in hot water until tender. Drain; rinse with cold water.
    Combine butter, flour, salt and milk.
    Cook until thick; add salmon and macaroni.
    Chill and form cakes.
    Fry until brown.
