Ruby'S Sausage Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 lb. hot bulk sausage
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Put cubed bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Brown and drain sausage and put on top of cheese. Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and Tabasco.
    Pour over bread mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, dilute soup in 1/2 cup milk.
    Pour over cold mixture and bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours, until set.
    Serves 8 to 12.
    Wonderful for brunch!
