Hungarian Potato-Pepper Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 c. chopped, cooked potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 tsp. sweet or hot Hungarian paprika
Preparation
