Holiday Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (unpeeled), cooked
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    parsley to garnish
    pimento to garnish
Preparation
    Remove skins and cut potatoes into small, bite-size pieces. Saute onion in margarine.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Turn into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle with corn flakes and margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
