Fresh Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cranberries
    1 pared cored apple
    1 orange
    1/2 lemon
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put cranberries and apple through food chopper.
    Use coarse blade.
    Quarter orange and lemon, do not remove skin.
    Do remove seeds. Put through food chopper.
    Use fine blade.
    Add with sugar to apple/cranberry mixture and blend well. Chill several hours before serving with meat, fish or poultry.
    Makes 3 cups.
