Lemon Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon peel, grated
    1 c. margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and lemon peel in bowl.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly.
    Spread in greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan.
    Pat down.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until light brown.
