No Peek Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef
5 potatoes
3 or more carrots
1 onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 stalks celery
12 oz. V-8 juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 green pepper
2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients.
Place in a large casserole dish or roaster with cover.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
