Cucumber Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 to 16 cucumbers
3 large onions
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. canning salt
Preparation

Grind cucumbers until you have 7 to 8 cups cucumbers and drain liquid from cucumbers.
Grind onions until you have 2 cups onions. Put cucumbers and onions in a container so it can drain overnight.
Next day, put vinegar and sugar in a pan; bring to a boil.
Add celery seed, turmeric and canning salt, then add ground cucumbers and onions.
Let simmer for 30 minutes, then put in jar and can.
