Crock Pot Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 diced onion
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tbsp. oregano
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 bell pepper (optional)
    1 stalk celery (optional)
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    2 tbsp. mustard
    2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. hickory smoked BBQ sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 large cans pork & beans (or enough to fill crock pot)
Preparation
    Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
