Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked or canned shrimp
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
salt to taste
2 c. diced celery
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced pimento
mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, tossing lightly, and serve on bed of lettuce.
