Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, shredded
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/4 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. soft buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
Place in baking dish.
Blend soup, milk and cheese.
Heat these until cheese melts.
Pour over cabbage. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until hot through.
