Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. diced orange
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 c. seedless grapes
1/4 c. pitted dates, cut up
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flaked coconut
creamy mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine fruits and sprinkle with lemon juice; chill.
Fold in creamy mayonnaise.
Serve on lettuce. Sprinkle with coconut. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
