Dolly Parton Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. water
    2 c. bell pepper
    2 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
    4 c. cabbage, chopped
    2 cans whole or stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook in a large pot for 30 minutes and serve.
    Only has 4 calories.
