Chocolate Kahlua Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter, softened
3 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. Kahlua
3 eggs, well beaten
1 (9-inch) chocolate cracker crust
Preparation

Whip
the
butter
until creamy.
Add the melted chocolate, then
mix
in
the\tsugar.\tSlowly\tadd Kahlua, then the eggs. Pour
mixture into pie crust and refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream.
Serves 8.
